Pricing
Starting prices. Flat quote before you book.
Event recap
$150Up to 2 hours of filming. A recap reel plus 3–5 short clips from the night. Recap posted within 48 hours.
Full event package
$300Before: a flyer and a hype teaser, promoted on our pages. After: a recap reel plus 8–10 clips. Up to 4 hours of filming.
Feature on our pages
$50A video about your business or event on @kcbuzzmedia or one of our campus pages, plus a story share. Labeled as a paid partnership.
Monthly social
$400 / month8 videos a month plus flyers for your specials or events. We post them to your Instagram and TikTok or hand over the files, your call. Month to month.
Every event is different, so the number of clips depends on how much happens. More filming time, extra videos or travel more than 30 miles from West Lafayette adds to the price. You always see the full price before you pay anything.

FAQ
Before you book.
How much does it cost?
Event recaps start at $150, full event packages at $300, features on our pages at $50 and monthly social at $400 a month. Tell us what you need and we'll send a flat quote.
Why trust a new company?
You work directly with the founders, you get a flat price before you pay, and you can review your video before it goes up.
How do booking and payment work?
Book at least a week ahead when you can. We'll squeeze in rush jobs if we're free. A 50% deposit holds your date, and the rest is due when your videos are delivered. We take Venmo, Zelle or invoice. Need to move the date? Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice, and weather cancellations always reschedule free.
What do you need from us?
For an event: the date, the place and what you want people to see. For a business: what you sell, what makes you different and a good time for us to film. We handle the filming, editing and posting plan.
Can the videos go on our accounts?
Yes. We can post on your pages, ours, or both as a collab. Features on our pages are labeled as partnerships.
Will you keep it chapter-safe?
Yes. For fraternities, sororities and student orgs, we film with your risk-management rules in mind and keep alcohol and anything else that could cause problems with your nationals or school out of what we post. Want to see it first? You can review the video before it goes up.
Do you film people without asking?
No. Anyone featured agrees to be on camera, and we leave out anyone who isn't comfortable. Anyone under 18 needs a parent there who agrees, or we don't post them.
Who owns the videos?
You can post, share and run the videos we deliver on your own accounts, including as paid ads. We keep the right to show them in our portfolio. Raw footage isn't included, but you can add it to any quote.
Can I get a video taken down?
Yes. If you're in one of our videos and want it removed, email cj.cagle@kcbuzzmedia.com or DM @kcbuzzmedia with the link. See our takedown policy.
